So many terrible comments, I actually LOVE mine! I live in a 200sq ft studio apartment, and is making a huge difference for me. I had this for over a year in the box but the reviews were so bad I never took it out! 😅 started using it yesterday, I aims towards my bed as I sleep on my nightstand, it’s super tiny and compact. Love it.

Isn't it amost cheaper, and certainly more sanitary, to just replace the carpeting? Nobody in their right mind would want to keep that biohazard.

Surprise. When you blow air through an ice bath, you will get cold air. People need cool when the power goes out. You cannot make ice during a power outage, so this is a glorified air conditioner. This is a waste of money.

Listen. These things were around in 1979. I CLEARLY remember buying one. It was almost exactly this design, but made of brown plastic. The summer of 1979, in Zanesville Ohio. I bought it at Hecks for $7.99. That was a H O T summer. I was 13. The most we could do was sit directly in front of floor fans, all summer. If you left the fan- you thought you couldn't survive. We camped out in the bavk yard every night, just to be able to sleep. And these things came out. Back then, none of the houses around us had AC. You could feel it in a grocery store or the public library. But not at home. It just wasn't a thing, in that area, to have AC at home. So when that portable device came out, I thought it would be a miracle. I didn't think it looked like it could work. I knew, even at that age, that simply adding water into the air of a space could not lower temperature. It could only increase humidity. I knew, physically, it was impossible that it would work. But, it was SO hot, I wanted to believe facts were wrong. I wanted a miracle. And bought one. And set it up. And sat there. And waited. And I realized the room was more humid that before, and it felt even worse. If you put the thing in front of your face, the fan would dry the sweat. But only because of the little fan. It wasn't actually creating cold air. It was just a tiny fan. That's all this is. It's a tiny fan. If you buy a big fan for $20, you will be better off. It is not possible to lower the temperature in a room with this device. To lower temperature, you have to first cool down the air with a refrigerant chemical, and then blow it into the room. Anything else, is just a fan. If you use ice water, you can get a cooler breeze. But the humidity you add to the room will cancel out the cooling effect. Just using a regular fan is better- it can help dry the air. The box on this thing is absolutely beautiful. Please don't get fooled and dissapointed, and waste your hard-earned money by making this company rich. Why wasn't this idea banned as a scam in 1979? These things are now in stores all over America. I think everyone who bought one should recieve double the price, in refund.

Great video. I just might pick up one of those Cabela's stuffers. I bought the green funnel with the plunger that King Kooker makes and that was kind of messy and did not work well. You just demonstrated all of the issues that I encounter making jalapeno poppers and made some of them look easier. Some suggestions. I soften the jalapenos in the microwave for 2.5 minutes on high so that I don't have to cook them in the oven that long to get rid of the raw texture and I crisp the bacon in the oven and crumble it into bits and scatter the bits over the poppers before cooking the poppers.

Excellent video and very detailed ref the equipment, parts, etc. I already have a van and I'm looking to start my own carpet cleaning business (residential and light commercial) in NC. I'll probably start out with a portable heat extractor unit, smaller attachment wand for upholstery, carpet pump sprayer and a vacuum booster for better suction. Once I get more customers, I'll probably go truckmount with a larger vehicle. Any suggestions on a good reliable portable machine like the Prospector PE5003? Any help would be appreciated.

The first and second version of these were junk. One may as well just use the money to get a good powerful fan, like a Vornado or a Honeywell, which has served me well over the last 22 years, and are still being sold. (The small short black fans that sit on the floor or on a table, I call them the pugs of the fan world.)
